Brian Hoffman with Midwest Conservatory of Music came to NLNW to learn more about running a business with 13 instructors and staff and remaining relevant in a digital world. The coaching from NLNW gave Brian a chance to evaluate his pricing structure, business planning, collaboration, and marketing. Brian shared that the NLNW program helped him develop clear procedures for his clients, delegation of tasks to staff, and looking at the big picture of how to grow his business. Brian is excited about the opportunity to add more students and a potential second location.
